Time to breathe, find your center and let go.
The older I get, the more I’m craving peace and balance. I guess maybe that’s normal. I mean it seems like is a full-time job to keep my anxiety and stress in check.
We fail our lives with stuff don’t we? Stuff that we think will bring us peace and fulfillment but really just brings the opposite.
Phones that will tell us will make us more connected and efficient actually makes us more detached and unhappy. Jobs that we think will give us meaning actually just stress us out and fill us with fear that we might lose it.
It’s Saturday, take some time to find your center, however you do that, it’s important.
